moving forward

WEEK 131 - POST 2

Good Things:

- went to library today (good walk and got out)
- did elliptical (15 + 15) yesterday and stairs (5 x)
- did an IG post for my business (new focus)
- did a FB post on an entrepreneur site (to feel more visible)
- another FB post on Tracking Wonder (Quest) to step into my light

- must now listen to my podcast!
