WEEK 105 - POST 5
This week was going well - especially after having my coaching session - I was feeling very focused and more grounded in what my skills are and what I can offer.
But this morning I wake up and I just feel behind the eight ball.
- my knee is acting up so I had to skip yoga and can't go swimming (or do other activities)
- we're not doing well at focusing on healthy meals (I am disappointed)
- I feel this huge expectation about work and other things (???)
- getting back to the woman about the birdhouse (and some other people)
- overextended by participating & supporting others at GFC (feels like I've hit a wall)
- not happy with what I'm seeing on HSHBBiz (should I really stay for the summer?)
- weekend uncertainty: take photos (bike), watch the movie, doors open, gardening, library, etc
- sadness: climate change article (doomsday) - am I focusing on the wrong thing?
Ups and downs right? But why so immediate.... maybe I'm getting closer to something...
