resilience, pick yourself up every day

WEEK 105 - POST 4

Wow, I got a few more "messages" about resilience yesterday!  About getting back up and not letting things be too much of a set back.  So yes!  This is what I have to practice.  Being able to process things, look at them but then knowing that we all make mistakes and that being human is part of all this.  That not being perfect is more than ok - that it actually can build trust (by seeing that we all make mistakes and are not "pretending" to be something we are not.)

It actually makes me feel SO MUCH lighter!!

Yesterday I did some exercise (weights, sit-ups) but didn't do cardio as I was watching my knee.  I had a 10 am coaching call (which lasted to 11:30) and then I had to go help my husband (as his chain broke off his bike)  But in the afternoon I got down to the part-time biz and finally got the newsletter out - whew!!

So I have two more days - one of these days has to be part-time work (and I might have to do some on the weekend) and the other I need to focus on my biz.  Both jobs need a lot of promotion right now!

It worked well to list them here, so let's try it again:

Promote my latest blog post (Fbook, Twitter, IG & Linked In) DONE
Finale draft of PDF download (send to accountability buddy) ALMOST DONE
Email possible graphic design company DONE
Get a Second Quote
Publish Second Blog Post (work on 3rd?)
Social Pilot
Draft first newsletter
