resilience. i'm going to show up tomorrow! xo

WEEK 105 - POST 3

Let's just write about today now so that I can get back to being focused tomorrow.

Another set back.  But I'm happy.  I didn't get to the core of this one - it feels less important (doesn't everyone get upset when the business professional they booked an appointment with is 30 minutes late?) but there is still something there.  And at least I'm "seeing" it!

I wanted to do exercise but am resting my knee so that I can bike ride tomorrow.  I will get back to my morning exercise routine tomorrow.

I did a bit for both my biz (social media, some emails and some finance stuff) and for the part-time job (4 hours) but I was really distracted because I felt set back (due to having to now reschedule the meeting) and to my health (not being able to exercise).  UGH.

Hmmmm - have to figure out how to not let these things set me back too much.  Or do I have to figure out how to honour them and let things ebb and flow more?

Still not sure how it should be dealt with, but I'm here, still working on this and I'll be coming back tomorrow.

Resilience baby!

GOOD THINGS:

- Yay!! WOOHOO!!  My new friend through HSHBBiz suggested we be accountability buddies (she read my mind!)
- I "met" someone today on GFCirc due to them mentioning hearing woodpeckers outdoors!  And I connected with her on a new project (for her) that was very near and dear to me for awhile (conscious consumerism) - So Cool!
- Another person from GFCirc emailed me about my website (but misunderstood what it was about.  hopefully it will still be a good connection!)
- I've connected with three other people who mentioned they like the same thing (biz wise) - one who is travelling (I shared some photos from my website), one from Long Beach and another regular (who is in Washington): "I just noticed that you have a website - I absolutely love it" - she said!

(and the first two - both entrepreneurs are going through the same struggles - I felt a lot of "me toos" when they wrote to me.  Whew!  so great not to be the only one!)
