keep your head down (too many distractions)

WEEK 105 - POST 2

Yesterday went well but I had a mid-day slump where I lost focus.

I did some social media (which was good) but then I was reviewing "future posts" for a full hour and I find that I spend too much time doing this and then the next time, I'm revising my whole plan anyway - so I have to watch this.  (Not more than a month ahead!)  I also spent too much time on GFCirc (1.5 hours) - another bad habit that I need to curb (30 min visit max!)

Afterwards I did get back into my part-time work project, so the three things I had listed for the day did get done!  Woohoo!!  Way to go!!

And after dinner we went for a 50 minute bike ride which is super!!!

(I have to watch my knee though, it was really sore during the ride - not good.)

I'm glad I'm moving forward with some things but I also feel like there's a bit too much going on.  I need to watch how much I take on in terms of business support!  But I do hope that some of this does encourage me to take the big brave leap!

- business coach this week (we're not going at the blocks right away but I love her approach and the tools she wants to give me).
- checking in with friend (from HSHBBiz) about fears (and the distractions) and she even said I could have her look at things.
- meet-up with new local entrepreneur friend next week (would be great to say that I had done it - that the few things I had talked about blog post + recording were started!)
- meet-up with TUT friend at the end of the month - here again it would be great to say I've finally taken the bigger leap!!

Let's use these as target points to get things done!
