WEEK 92 - POST 2

Tuesday was supposed to be a focus on part-time tasks.  Worked on one grant application and emails and some programming planning.

DID: New money relationship mantras (finished the third part of the money exercise!); added posts about my blog to twitter; thinking again a bit about social media (Vero?) = possible straying off focus though; two AoM Roadshow videos and some AoM posts.

Wednesday I was going to get ahead with part-time but instead found myself researching so much including newsletter service providers (email marketing services, marketing automation), online course delivery options and even text options for lightbox pop-ups.  Then I helped myself get focused so that I could attend the labyrinth walk (yay!).

So here it's Thursday.  I have the whole day to do work...

(LATER) What I ended up doing is making a decision NOT to apply to one grant (too many variables - French, CC + youth that didn't work for my program) and rearrange my grant application schedule so that I have two weeks in each month where I can just focus on the BIZ and nothing else!

So that felt amazing!  AAAAMAAAZZING!!!  I've dropped two of the grants I thought I would apply to this month and pushed them back.

I also sent in my letter of interest to another foundation Thursday so that one is COMPLETE.

DONE. Yay!!

And I finished writing the talk I am giving tomorrow (Friday) so that is good also!!

These are all wins.
