WEEK 77 - POST 2
Old habits die hard. I'm going to have to really make a point of implementing changes ASAP.
- scheduling exercise as a "MUST DO" each day (and start being Ok with the other "stuff" that gets put off because of this (including writing, and the things below)
- make a list of distracting thoughts ("need to do this now") that aren't biz related to deal with them later when i'm not WORKING (this includes calling friends, searching for "must have items" and organizing personal schedule)
Way too much time wasted on the above this week!
But I do think I FINALLY have a task list that I can use and that will be helpful in terms of organizing the day!
I made it to pilates last night (when I was really debating whether I should go) so that is good!
I also stayed up late on Wednesday night to review my Master blog idea list and update it (and work on a few blog pieces) Yay!!!
Today is going to have to be part-time work catch up (unfortunately). Yesterday got away from me (partly in creating this new task list).
No coffee shop this week.
I will do better next week. xo
