what to say, what to say, what to say...
I learned that it took 10 years for this other business to be an "overnight success" - they have just been approached by Fbook! (and even though my biz doesn't allign with Fbook, I can think of other "Fbook" type of acknowledgement for my biz - something that would signify "you have arrived!!")
My blog went haywire for almost a full 24 hours - showing cute kitties instead of loading proper images. ugh!! I did find a blogger forum group where I could ask for help - so it's good to know that this resource is out there!
But I am now three weeks behind on blog posts. And again I wonder if I should really worry about this, as no one else knows that I'm "behind". Sigh!! Am I creating my own stress??
Sadly I'm letting meet-up requests with friends stress me (on top of all the other demands) but I would like to acknowledge a couple of positive things rather than dwelling on all this angst:
- I graciously turned down a request for me to be moderator of an online entrepreneur group. Yes! I had the opportunity to practice saying "no".
- A friend suggested a meet-up in a few weeks and I graciously acknowledged that I couldn't as I was working that evening and rescheduled to something later that suited me better.
- I'm reminding myself even though I have "standing dates" to connect with some friends, I can't stress out about them right now and I shouldn't feel like all the pressure is on me. If they don't reach out to me either, I need to remember that their lives are probably busy also - it's not a one-way street.
- My friend mentioned that she was OK with planning things at the last minute and that was exactly what I needed to hear so that I could be more flexible and go with the flow xo (so we are going to see if we can meet up this weekend - I just emailed her tonight - Thurs. night)
I did do work for part-time job: printing (Tues night), emails re: delivery, finished work blog post, other emails, plus personal errands - mail, library (Thurs night) and hopefully will do some work on grants!
(It looks like I have two more weeks of "part-time work": emails, five "meetings" due to awards and two events, one training session, website update, survey result summary and one more work blog post - aside from the grant applications. Which means WEEK 93 will be my first free and clear week for my biz and I will have 10 WEEKS for my biz before part-time work might start again. xo)

And I did do some revisions on a blog post, make notes about new resource, research delivery options for new resource, some social media and seek help with blog haywire issue.
OK - onward and upward
