I'm just starting to realize that I'm slowly getting close to WEEK 100.
Whoa! Crazy!!
That will happen when I'm almost two years into this new career of mine, so it's not at all THAT close, still a few seasons to go, but again - we're almost at WEEK 80 here.

So it's Friday morning and I'm really getting ready to go away for a writing weekend. A FULL WEEKEND (Two Full Days!) of writing!! Another "WHOA!!"
Can I hear a "Whoop, WHOOP!"
So very excited!!
It will be more for my fiction writing (which hasn't happened all year!) but I'm hoping to finalize the text of three blog posts (one for each day) while I'm gone. We are there three nights, so two full days and then the last day, we'll leave around noon. So LOTS of time to write.

I did this - I asked a friend and suggested a weekend away. She said yes. I prioritized me!!

It always is the push and pull here at home. It feels like part-time work really interrupts any type of flow that I can start for my biz. I'm hoping that if I get away I'll be able to enjoy full momentum for two and a half days. I just hope my friend is good with that also!! And if I can get a bit of a better flow while away (meditation, work, break, movement (yoga, walk), back to work, tidy up a bit, cook, move, back to work, etc.) then I can let it carry over into next week when I'm back!!

"There was a lot of momentum in that one day and if I could have, I would have worked for another day or more. It was very energizing. Getting stuff done is energizing!!
I feel like my energy has to go in too many directions. This writing contract is not only scary and frustrating but also pulls me completely out of my "zone" (even though it is in the same topic area in a way). And when I go out for my part-time job and talk to others, it's exciting, it's great to imagine how this could make a difference for people and cities. But again it pulls me in a different direction." (LINK)
