what IS working?? xo

WEEK 54 - POST 2

Here is what IS working:

- started going to a naturopath and the first focus is the Five Pillars.  I need to really take control of my health.  xo
- realized that there will never be "the day".  I just need to start new habits (like working outside the home twice a week) now.
- I am so ready to let go of certain things that aren't serving me or at least prioritize the ones that are important.
- I need to make myself and my "life's work" a priority and just trust that the people I need will show up when I need them.
